Crossing the Street with a Pizza and a Baby

A couple of weeks ago I was in the car with my family at the intersection of Arcola and Lamberton. It was around 6 PM and there was a flurry of people of all ages crossing the intersection. From afar I see a grandmother with 2 grandchildren. 1 of the children is on a scoter and the other is in the stroller and the grandmother is pushing it across the street.
What makes this story so phenomenal is that she is balancing a pizza on top of the stroller--AND she is walking like a champ--- standing upright, not huntched over, the pizza is staying balanced, and she is at a hurried pace keeping up with the other grandchild on the scooter. I turned to my husband and said, "Wow---- look at that woman crossing the street-she has amazing posture!" and then my husband turns and said, "She certainly doesn't need the UnHunch workshop" and as she gets closer to our car, I notice---it was a regular Yoga student of mine who actually took the Unhunch workshop over 1 year ago.
This studnet is not only committed to Yoga, but she is constantly working on herself in positive ways. She commits to her own health by taking yoga, she travels, she takes classes, and she takes care of her family.
