A Yoga Workshop for Standing Tall and Banishing the Slouch
Service Description
Join this 1.5 hour workshop where you will learn about the reasons for hunching and learn active and passive poses to take with you to remedy your spine. As you learn to stand tall, understand the connection between the spine and shoulders. Improve spine health and shoulder mobility to feel good, lengthened, and expansive. This workshop will lead into the 30 day stand tall challenge -- to actually bring positive change into your life. “I took Julie’s Unhunch workshop and have followed the poses on the handout.
